Rezept Hummus VITAL

Rezept für ca. 10 bis 12 Personen: 

  • 400g Kichererbsen (bereits gekocht)
  • 120ml Wasser
  • Saft von 2 Bio-Zitronen
  • 4 Knoblauchzehen
  • 6 EL Tahini (Sesampaste)
  • 1 TL Kreuzkümmelpulver
  • 1 TL Sumach
  • 1 TL Paprika, edelsüss
  • 1 TL Salz

Alle Zutaten in den Mixbecher geben und mixen.

Zum Garnieren: Kichererbsen, Olivenöl, Paprika
